2. Data Integrity and Reproducibility

• All logs submitted to LabTrace must represent the accurate state of the project at the time of submission.
• IntegriLAB does not claim ownership of your data but may store metadata necessary to provide services.
• Users must not upload or link data that infringes copyright, violates confidentiality agreements, or breaches institutional or governmental policies.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain secure access to your GitHub, Overleaf, and Datalad accounts. IntegriLAB is not liable for breaches arising from third-party services.
• Ensure project logs and data adhere to ethical standards for research and comply with institutional guidelines.
• Report any issues, misuse, or breaches immediately to our support team.

4. LabTrace Integration

• LabTrace certifications are final and cannot be altered retrospectively.
• Certification fees, if any, are processed through LabTrace directly. IntegriLAB does not handle payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

• IntegriLAB is not liable for any data loss or corruption from third-party services or blockchain integration.
• Our service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold IntegriLAB harmless against any claims arising from misuse of the platform.
